Staying in Karma and turning off drum track, is easier for time signature changes over drum patterns. And you get to extensivley edit the recorded Karma pattern or drum track patterns in RPPR. I know you can record Karma patterns into Sequencer and make them into a user patterns in RPPR and then convert the finished pattern to a drum track pattern. I actually tried that but couldn't hear the difference in time signature. You save the edit and then you can convert the edit to a new drum track pattern with your edited Meter settings in place ,ready to be used in drum track with karma. Then you get to set the length of the pattern as well as the meter(4/4,3/4, e.t.c.). There may be a way in sequencer mode's Pattern RPPR to take a preset drum pattern and copy into a user drum patterns, then go into "pattern edit" and then use the top right screen menu bar to select "Pattern Parameters". You should try it to see if it works out for you. I suspect it only links the trigger of drum track start/stop to karma start/stop ,rather than linking time signature as well. Go into Karma and look for any settings there if the drum pattern is coming from Karma. Go into Drum track tab page(a sub page of EQ/Vector tab page in combi) and look for any settings there. Two places the drum patterns can be coming from. Is there a way to actually change the drum beat to 3/4 or 6/8 etc? In combi mode on the Kronos 88 i changed the time signature to 3/4 but the drums still are playing 4/4/ time.

Let the other instruments or drums fall where they may. Of nerve and hand, the balance can be walked in still neutrality. The winds swirl hard up there, yet with a steadiness The effect can be dizzying, as the pull of gravity comes from one Way, but the notes played steadily, equal in emphasis? If this happens, Why, I ask, can’t it be played in the middle? No emphasis either Ridge, you have to fall off one way or another. The problem is, which way do you go?
